Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

One of the cameras reached 10 days second about a month quality good image also like 5 megapixels think there is but 4 exactly. Due to the location of the Wi-Fi antenna under the roof to install inconvenient here it is better to take a dome camera.

All functions work, except saving the alarm files on the flash drive. This is my fourth bonvigion camera. Three previous (different models) retain, there are no problems. I see the alarm only in the bookmark (playback time), where the line writes and there you can choose the red sector. In another tab (record), where there should be alarm files-blank. Tried all the settings, put as in other cameras, nifega. I don't know what to do.

Отличный товар, уже 2раз заказываю! в первую полез чистить и сбил ход, перестала поворачиваться право/лево, больше туда не полезу! и вам не советую) зум бьет на далеко, чуть теряя в качестве, но 5mp 10X это супер! настройка легкая, всем советую! с 6 этажа лупит отлично! вот фотки с зумом и без, черная тачка по середине
