SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gadgets Trust (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Good for the price! Flight very well indoors be careful if use outdoors with wind crash direct really fun
Top too but if buy, buy with 3 batteries, can not stand long
First time really flying a drone. The manual was descriptive, therefore, if you had a chance to read it in detail, probably would be good. The drone is fast and responsive. The paddles extra fan were welcomed, but the fan blade protector fell whenever I did a landing not so decent, so I would have preferred "protectors blades" extra instead extra blade, but thats just me. The E88 is very cool to see. A great drone learning for adults.
Some years ago, gave my grandchildren drones very small and cheap birthday. They had a ball flying on them, but were difficult to control. These are larger, more cute and can make all kinds of tricks. Tell me that these are "coolest"! I am a hero birthday… Parents and children had very. You also can order one for adult children home.
My 8 years saved your allowance to buy this drone. He was very excited when arrived and 12 hours he really liked your purchase. Unfortunately stopped working for unknown reasons. A propellers was not providing enough support to put the drone in air. Try replacing the propeller and disassemble and clean parts (heard that things can get stuck in motor). Unfortunately no such things work and my son was upset. Sent an e-mail to the customer service deerc and explained the situation. I had great expectations, but to my surprise, they responded in a few days and some weeks after, not just get a replacement, but a drone brand new! Some days after and everything is working as it should (!) and my son is super grateful for your allowance not have been missed. Recommend 100% Products this company!
Drone is set is really easy and daughter other drone (short course truck nose $ in) much easier than me. Controller is her hand in good size. She is a video and take photos of it for use are you really this popluar (I.E. Outside in her brother dye TAM). We are the first in her new pairing with your iPod Touch series light but fairing, while the camera does not work did. On behalf of my iPhone X pair it with and immediate success. Picture quality is surprisingly good. Good battery life. She will have fun here.
This is definitely a good option for beginners wishing to get something with which can play before buy A drone expensive. Ever flew some times and has suffered some falls very strong without problems. But also has many interesting features cutting to help you learn the craft! Definitely recommended for those trying to start fly drones
This is the first drone I bought. The flight status is very stable and the operation is very simple. It only takes a few minutes to learn to take off, and then slowly try to adjust the flight. It took me about half an hour to be assured that it was perfect Flying, I hope I can use this drone to learn to fly a better aerial photography drone. I will buy a better aerial photography drone in the future. This online store also has it. I will buy it again.
The order came quickly from Russia. The drone remote was broken. The store offered to send a new remote control.You can buy here.
Bought this for my son in May and I am very impressed. The controls are very easy to use, and the return-to-home feature works great if you lose your drone's position. Picture and video quality is great. Connected to my phone within 3 seconds and we were streaming. I took a few screenshots, but it didn't help the video. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Super easy to use and great fun. Add to cart! ! !
I got this for my son, it's easy for him to fly, it is stable and holds up well. Battery life is only 15 min or so bit for the money it's worth it. You could always purchase additional batteries.
I purchased this for my son's birthday so he can begin learning how to fly drones. The controls seemed easy enough to learn and it's not too loud during operation. It comes with replacement blades but I havent been able to locate additional replacement parts or extra batteries in the event we want to fly for a while. That being said, we haven't had a chance to test the battery charge.
This little drone is definitely a great beginner mode. Be sure to use the Heading Mode which is a lifesaver when playing around with the direction the camera is pointing.

all is in order nice toy or basic drone quality is in line with the price I mean you cannot expect so much for that price the only small downside is the length of battery life close to 5 minutes so I may recommend to buy more battery packs overall is fun

The product is very easy to store with its bag, only the impact protection has to be removed. The drone is very easy to control and allows satisfying entry-level videos. Due to the slightly greater weight, the flight characteristics are also more stable than mini drones. The customer support works very well! Due to a small defect in the remote control, we received support and then a replacement part. This is the second drone from this brand and it worked very well with the other drone as well.My conclusion: a good beginner drone with a camera. Ideal for children.
The package arrived in 2 weeks, I opened it and tried to use it as soon as possible. This is my first novice drone. I followed the instructions and tried to fly. I slowly tried to fly, and it took less than an hour to fully grasp it , even if there is a little problem, the customer service can reply me in time, I highly recommend it
